Site Assessment

Before the installation begins, our technicians conduct a thorough survey of the site, understanding the layout of the building, identifying the best locations for installing equipment, and recognizing any potential challenges that could affect the installation.

Network Field Service Installation

Design & PlanninG

Based on the site assessment, a detailed network design is created. This includes the layout of the network, types of equipment required, cable routes, and other specifics. The plan also outlines how the network will meet the client's operational needs and align with their business objectives

Installation of Equipment

The physical installation of network hardware includes setting up servers, switches, routers, and other network devices. This also involves the setup of all necessary cabling, which could include Ethernet cables, fiber optic cables, or coaxial cables. When necessary, techniques like directional boring may be used to install cables underground without disturbing the surface.

Configuration and Testing:

After the hardware is installed, each device is configured to work within the network. This might involve setting up IP addresses, enabling routing protocols, and configuring security settings. Once the network is set up, it's tested thoroughly to ensure all components are functioning correctly and communicating with each other as intended.

Documentation and Training

Documentation is provided detailing the network configuration, the installed hardware, and troubleshooting tips. Additionally, training may be provided to the client's staff to help them understand how to use and maintain the new network.

Maintenance and Support

After the network installation, the service provider offers ongoing support to ensure the network continues to operate smoothly. This could involve regular maintenance, system updates, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
